radiocodefinder.com (the "Site") is operated by System32 Limited, Room 409, Beverley Commercial Centre, 87-105 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong (company no. 76243454, UK VAT 471 1289 94, EU VAT RO50513266), referred to as "we" or "us". We are the seller of record for every purchase made on the Site and the party that charges your card. Contact us through the contact page.
We retrieve the security (anti-theft) code of a car radio from the serial number printed on the radio label or shown on its display. The code is delivered on the order page and by email. Depending on the radio model, delivery is either instant (automatic calculation) or manual (checked by our team, usually within 24 hours; the estimated time is shown before you pay).
We do not sell radios, hardware or software, and we do not provide codes that are not tied to a serial number you supply. You are responsible for entering the serial number correctly; the Site shows you the identified radio model before payment so you can check it.
If we cannot supply a code for your serial number, or the code we supplied does not unlock the radio it was ordered for, you get a full refund. To claim it, use the "Code not working?" form on your order page or send us your order ID through the contact page within 30 days of purchase. We may ask for a photo of the radio label and of the radio display so we can verify the serial number and the error shown; this is the only way we can check the case, and refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are not due when a code was ordered for a serial number that does not match the radio (for example a serial copied from another unit), when the radio is locked permanently ("SAFE" after too many attempts requires a dealer reset, which we cannot provide), or when the code was entered incorrectly.
You confirm that you are entitled to unlock the radio (it is yours or you act with the owner's consent). You may not use the Site to resell codes, to scrape or automate requests, or to attempt to obtain codes for radios you are not entitled to unlock. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear abusive or fraudulent and will refund any payment taken for a cancelled order.
Reviews published on the Site are written by customers after an order. We do not pay for reviews and we do not edit their content, but we may remove reviews that contain personal data, spam or offensive language. Our public Trustpilot profile is independent of us.
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses (for example vehicle downtime or dealer fees) or for damage caused by entering a code into a radio other than the one identified by the serial number you supplied. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing removes the statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on the Site when you place an order. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
